The Janio tech team has been hard at work delivering new features to make your shipping experience more seamless with us. In this quarter, they’ve been busy working on integrations and ironing out other internal processes. Today, we’re proud to announce that our tracker interface has been given a facelift!
The tracking page now has a cleaner look that is easier to read from our previous edition. Each shipment you track now have updated visuals to help you easily track the progress of your shipment at a glance without having to read through lines of updates. If you still want to know more details, these written updates can still be accessed via the drop down menu.
If you’re tracking multiple shipments, the new interface provides each shipment its own timeline so that it’s easier for you to track parcels individually.
You can check out the tracking page here.
Stay tuned for more updates from us as we’re always updating our technology in order to serve you better. In the meantime, we’re always open to hearing your feedback and suggestions.
