Janio’s Commitment to Business Continuity during COVID-19

As countries around the world continue implementing tighter measures to safeguard their people and communities, we at Janio are also doing our part to ensure the same.

Our team is continuing to monitor the situation very closely. We maintain close communications with the authorities in markets where we operate and are staying up-to-date with the latest updates on the evolving situation. Our objective is clear, to take the necessary measures to ensure minimal disruptions to our clients’ business and their supply chains while ensuring the safety of our staff. We want everyone to feel comfortable, informed, and confident when choosing Janio as their trusted and reliable logistics partner.

Across our markets, we have put in place business continuity plans to ensure continued smooth operations. Corporate functions will adhere to a work from home and/or split-team work arrangements, while ground operations teams will follow shifts with SOPs to follow to ensure our working environment remains clean and hygienic while our deliveries to end consumers remain safe for all parties.  We are also coordinating with the relevant local authorities and network partners across Southeast Asia to maintain smooth operations while complying with regulations and health advisories, pertaining to both domestic operations as well as international (export and import) operations.

You can find our continuity plans for different teams below:

We recognise that the COVID situation may be a prolonged one, and we want to reaffirm our commitment to helping our clients navigate these challenges and advance their business objectives. Although these are challenging times, we feel confident that as partners, we can get through this together.
