In a location like Singapore where end-consumers have high expectations of their eCommerce experience, it’s vital to ensure that every step of your delivery to your consumers (B2C delivery) is done right. Thus, having the first mile executed well will set the tone for the rest of the delivery down the logistics supply chain.
When it comes to the first mile stage in B2C deliveries, merchants can choose between dropping their parcels off at the post office or scheduling a pick-up from a logistics service provider. While scheduling pick-ups is the usual value-added service for express delivery providers, these may not be cost-effective for smaller merchants with less than 10 orders placed in a day.
Knowing this, Janio has partnered with Park N Parcel to open up more than 70 drop-off locations islandwide for your cross-border shipping needs. All you need to do is to submit your order on our merchant dashboard, and then drop the package off within the day so that our couriers can pick it up for sortation and delivery!
This service is available to ship from Singapore to Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
In line with our mission to deliver for everyone in Southeast Asia, this new option in Singapore is ideal for smaller merchants with less than 10 parcels to deliver at any time, or for medium-sized businesses experiencing a lull in sales.

For smaller eCommerce merchants, there’s always something more important to tackle like answering a client query, or planning your next promotional campaign.
By choosing to drop off, there’s no need for you to plan around a fixed pick-up schedule. Just drop your parcels off before the cut-off time and you’ll be free to manage other matters instead of spending time waiting for them to be picked up.
Park N Parcel’s drop-off locations are a stone’s throw away from your home office or warehouse. With more than 70 locations in Singapore, the drop-off points are no more than a few blocks away whether you’re within the CBD or in the heartland.
To select a Park N Parcel drop-off point for single order in the merchant portal, you’ll first need to indicate that it’s a drop-off service on our order submission page.
Then, you’ll be given a drop-down list of all our drop-off points.
Alternatively, you can always configure your preferred drop-off point as a default value.
Then, the steps for submitting your order would be the same as usual.
Similarly, this feature is also available for bulk orders. Once you’ve uploaded the .csv file, just select “drop-off” when indicating your service needs.
After selecting the drop-off service for your orders, the drop-off locations will be available for you for each lane.
