Across our markets, we have put in place business continuity plans to ensure continued smooth operations. Corporate functions will adhere to a work from home and/or split-team work arrangements, while ground operations teams will follow shifts with SOPs to follow to ensure our working environment remains clean and hygienic while our deliveries to end consumers remain safe for all parties. We are also coordinating with the relevant local authorities and network partners across Southeast Asia to maintain smooth operations while complying with regulations and health advisories, pertaining to both domestic operations as well as international (export and import) operations.
