The role

Gearing up for the next growth stage, Janio is looking for a Recruiter who enables the business to solve strategic staffing issues through development of strong placement and leads.

As a Recruiter, you are in charge of the management of full-cycle recruitment activities while maintaining strong collaboration with various business units, including corporate and technology sides.

You will actively listen to the needs of each business and devise a sound plan to enable them to scale up their team in the shortest time possible. This will include identifying gaps in current organization, sourcing the right fit, evaluating candidates for core values, culture fit just as much as for skill level, experience, and knowledge.

As the company expands, you will also be given exposure to regional hires, employer branding efforts. You will also partner with People and Culture to shape up the company culture and values. As the team is still relatively nimble, you will take on some parts of People Operations to ensure seamless and excellent candidate-to-hire experience.

The requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable.
  • 1 year of working experience in recruitment, especially in talent sourcing position.
  • Expertise in behavioural interviewing and applicant screening.
  • High level of analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and able to engage people of all levels, both externally and internally
