The role

Gearing up for the next growth stage, Janio is looking for People Operation Specialist who will be responsible for the day to day operations of HR administrative matters and workplace management.

Together with the Manager, you will be involved in planning and implementing key initiatives for entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

You will be collaborating with regional HR stakeholder to implement HR best practices and processes. You will be assisting in revamping onboarding workflow to enhance employee experience and getting new joiners on to a great start.

As a People Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all HR issues such as compensation and benefits administration, general policy queries and other employment related issues

You are also responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, such as planning for company event, administrative matters and maintaining a great work environment.

This role has the potential to grow into a partner to business unit, working closely and providing advices to unit leaders in people aspect.

The requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable.
  • 1 year of working experience in HR Operations, preferably in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment.
  • High level of analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and able to engage people of all levels, both externally and internally.
