BukaGlobal has tied up with Janio, a Singapore tech start-up that began operations last year, to handle shipping and logistics. Ali Ridha Madihid said his company's "robust technology", in terms of customs clearance and duties, helped it seal the deal in March
Thanks to cloud development and auto-deployment tools, Janio was able to develop rapidly without disrupting ongoing operations. The use of cloud-based web services also greatly simplified and accelerated its setup time, since it did not need to invest in or build physical infocomms infrastructure.
